Recently purchased Dawnguard and started playing again. Now my game won't show max textures even though Texture Quality is set to high. When the game launched it had the same setting and it ran it fine. I have ATI Radeon HD 5700 Crossfired with up to date drivers. Also, have AMD catalyst 12.6. I believe this is a software issue, I am just not sure where. Thanks for your help/suggestions!
