because of the fact that my Creation Kit istn' working, I'm asking here, if someone could create a mod, which
alters the speed of all ammunition (bow, crossbow, ...) to +100%?

There already exists a mod (http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/1009), but it hasn't been updated for Dawnguard yet.
