Okay whether we like it or not Dawnguard isn't coming yet do to technical issues. Fine like it or hate it that's the way it is, but what happened to update 1.7? Is it on hold as well?

Sony gonna test it first.

The plan was to send 1.7 to Sony this week, although I don't know if that actually happened. But even if it was, it probably take about 2 weeks for Sony to test it and become available for the users. So in the middle of August as earliest.
