Basically, if you want a model of something, let me try and create it for you. If you like my work, great. If you don't like my work, great. I just want to make some models and hopefully get them into someone's mod. Requests that involve a specific type of mod being fleshed out with scripts and whatever else, I'm not going to do. There's no time for that. This is about models you might need.

Requests should be lore-friendly as possible. If you request an electric guitar, you're wasting mine and your time.

Hey, here I am again :smile:

Last time you sent me to jonwd7 and he helped me really well, but not 100% sure who to bother with this new request so I'm gonna start out here again :tongue:

What I'm looking for is a fire fx effect positioned in such a way that it will end up near the tip of an arrow when it is assigned to the model of an Art Object in the creation kit which is then used by a Visual Effect, and then use this function: http://www.creationkit.com/Play_-_VisualEffect

to play it on the player.

Now, this does not need to be something dynamic which automatically allows follows around the arrow model; it only needs to be at one specific spot relative to the player's skeleton, namely the tip of an arrow when an arrow is drawn, and through script I will make sure the effect is only played when an arrow is drawn.

An example I have found which you could look at is meshes\actors\draugr\character assets\fxDraugrMaleEyes.nif

When this effect is played using the above script command, it actually works quite well on the player as well and the magical effect is positioned pretty precisely on the player's eyes (obviously I am asking for a different location, but still, might help to look at how the position on this model is determined)

That's probably out of my reach. How about adding that effect to the end of an arrow? You should try and contact http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/users/2654467, who made http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/6365. She could probably help a good deal

File seems to be hidden at the moment, though. I think that's what you were asking, right?
