Can't start load or start saves in Skyrim with High Resoluti

Hey guys, I haven't been able to play Skyrim with the High Resolution Texture Pack since the last update.
First I thought it was just one of my mods but even after a fresh reinstall, loading screens were as far as I got.
When I tried to load saves, it would just crash to my desktop. And when I tried starting a new game, I was stuck in the loading screen forever.
The game didn't freeze or anything, I got these pop-ups and that was it:
[WETriggerScript <(01099883)>]WARNING: OnInit() myHoldLocation property has not been set, this will result in errors.
[WETriggerScript <(010D13EA)>]WARNING: OnInit() myHoldLocation property has not been set, this will result in errors.
[WETriggerScript <(01099887)>]WARNING: OnInit() myHoldLocation property has not been set, this will result in errors.

Once I deactivated the two .esp files in "Data Files", the game started and played just fine.
Is this a known problem, is help on the way? I'd also like to know if it's possible to "unsubscribe" to the official HR texture pack, since it's a lot of data to download if I'm not actually using it.
