Anyways this would depend if you're on PC or not. If not, your choice is pretty much limited to Nightingale armor. Possible leather armor with a mage's hood? If you are on PC, well cloaks of Skyrim and Immersive armors will allow you to have a set that looks almost exactly like your picture.

If your on the ps3 or xbox best choice would probably be Guild masters hood or nightengale. Don't know of anything that looks like the rest of it though.

I assume everyone is on the Xbox, unless otherwise noted. That said, I'm afraid that one is limited to maybe leather and a hood.

the Darkbrotherhood armor looks a lot like that, except there is no cape.

But Nightengale has a cap, you could do that.
