Based on going back to old game saves about 2 hours into the game something happened and arrows will only go a few feet. 8 hours later fighting the 1st dragon I noticed arrows wern't flying. Saw on line else where dropping and reloading equipment might reset Didn't work, however I dropped everything and took the bow and his arrows from my follower and arrows were buzzing again! Yea! But... in my excitiment shot a guard, so reloaded, thinking cool got it figured out. Now a least a dozen retries and nothing but limp arrows. Really don't want to go back and do those quests again! Anybody? Thanks in advance...
