ending video?

Post » Tue Aug 07, 2012 3:44 am

I know this is like a gripe that i should have complained about months ago but you know...TES
anyways
i was saddened by the lack of an ending video to either story line.. i didnt get to hear a voiceover of Ulfric talking about a successful revolution and the bastard elves or some such
conversely i didnt here tulius talk about the glory of the empire and crushing the iron will of the nords
AND on top of that
why the hell didnt i get to hear a voiceover of the greybeards talking about the final death of the world eater

so bethesda why the hell not?!

It could've been a cool thing to add in, actually.

Probably, like most things. They were trying to hit the deadline.

Pretty sure oblivion had an ending cutscene, off memory.

Shame they didn't put anything in. The ending of Dawnguard was pretty bad, tbh.

We don't have an ending video telling us how the world ended up post MQ because we get to live in the world and shape it.

The End Cut Scene for Morrowind was just someone telling me to keep up the good fight. The one for Oblivion told us what we just did for the MQ, but did not really sum things up. The only times these scenes really add to the experience is if the game ends, like FO3 did or New Vegas does. Then we get to know what happened to the world.

I do love British people.
Although, it lacks the deep, sensual embrace of Morgan Freeman's voice.

Oh look! I'm naked.

this is how i felt about the mainquest(s)

and as for the Mod's post yeah i get that but still like it would have been nice a pan over of the land or the various castle raids with either ulfrics or tulius voiceover saying it was a hard fight we beat the imperial scum/broke the will of the nords now it falls to us to rebuild a broken land rivn in half by rebellion/opression blah blah blah and then cut to ulfric/tulius thanking you and telling you to keep up the good fight or what ever
