What is the best and most efficient way to reset Steam and reset Skyrim. I have backed up my files and moved my bash installers folder, I will most likely not unistall Wrye Bash, BOSS, or SKSE although after deleting the Skyrim folder I probably will have to reinstall SKSE.

But what is the best way to unistall everything, go into the control panel and unistall Skyrim and Steam, then find there folders on the C drive and delete them.

What do I need to do to reinstall a fresh Steam and a Fresh Skyrim, I have my save files backed up on my D drive, I'm not sure if I want to use them again or start fresh, but I at least have them, for purpose of this thread lets just say I want to start completely over fresh in every aspect what is the best way to do that?

And uninstall all utilities too.

I pretty much did the unistall right, is revo unistaller and ccleaner absolutely necessary, I still have my backup files on my D drive and would like to keep them there, I was having CTD and freezing issues, so I'm trying to this see if it helps.

I do feel like once Skyrim downloads that all my files will still be there, I do expect my mods to be in wrye bash still, because like I said i left them alone, and I am fine with that because I don't want to go through and download them all again, i wouldn't remember half of them and I did like my mod lineup and the mods I had installed, I just couldn't play Skyrim at all because I couldn't save, everything else worked fine except load screens and saving which are obviously major components to playing the game

Yes, but you're doing it constantly and everywhere. That is spam. Instead of keeping things a single post and a single thread, you are posting in multiple threads and making multiple posts. well thats not what I am doing,

one thread was about load screens freezing,

another thread is about a CTD while saving,

this thread is about unistalling


all are three different concepts, all three are titled differently, yes are three are mine and my issues, it doesn't mean I'm spamming anything and I'm not intending to "spam" anything I'm just trying to get answers, when one person responds to a thread it's tough to really get an answer or solution I understand that, and if you think I didn't search for this issue, I actually did and because there are so many different subforums here, i found a bunch of unrelated threads, so I decided to create one on my own, with hopes of somebody doing something along the lines of what you did, provide reference to the solution or answer to my question, like I said I am new to all the [censored] I don't have friends with these answer and I more importantly don't know anyone with really any kind of relevance towards TES, so this is pretty much all I have, which is why when something goes wrongs, I'm pretty much screwed unless I can find answers on here

as of right now i'm just going to try and play with things and figure it out myself, I'm waiting for Skyrim to install again, thing takes forever, but I'm just going to try and start over, I've learned a lot over the last couple weeks, I think when I first started I may have screwed some things up a bit because I was new, and with all the updates and dlcs it really wasn't a good time for me to come in and start learning things when everything was going to change anyway, this way I will start fresh, all the updates and dlcs are up to speed, starting fresh hopefully will make things everything go smooth for awhile plug I can start with my mod lineup from day 1, opposed to progressively adding a mod here and a mod there
