Cant help but feel a little exhausted over this whole thing. Waiting months and months for something.....anything....a screenshot....something. Misdirection and failed promises over and over. Four Quakecons pass. The let down of last year because they want to concentrate on Rage. Fair enough. Then Beth saying there'd be some Rage news at E3, nothing. That feeling of resignation and the long wait until Quakecon. Then NOTHING. No Rage DLC, no Doom4. Paaah.

Yeah I feel your pain brother. By the way, what was that secret project that id was working on anyway?

Yeah, this was just terrible.
I don't even have words for it anymore.
Waited a few QuakeCons, they kept saying "next year," and this year they tell us: "Sorry, it's done when it's done, that is all."
Seriously, they could've told us a long time ago to keep us from being so excited over nothing.

Oh, and that secret project is probably RageDLC, since they never officially announced any DLC in the works, even though the whole "Scorchers" thing did kinda leak into the web, lol.

I remember feeling pretty outraged when there was no news for Doom4 at QuakeCon '11, but this time I actually don't feel bothered at all.

We'll have more than our fill of Doom4 in a couple years when we play it ourselves anyway.
