I'm using an HD6790, just installed it a couple days ago. What a nightmare this CCC is. Had to revert to an older version because 12.6 is the devil.

Well...since Steams POS community is down again, I can't show you. Basically, any time I have a torch, fire pit, etc., in my sight, the screen flashes some awful yellow/green colour with the actual fire being a bunch of lovely shaded pixels. Never had this happen before, so unsure as to what it is.

What settings do you use in the CCC? I've never had this kind of trouble with my ATI card (Mobility Radeon HD 4650) but I had to disable AAA in order to fix some problems with things being transparent. It also helped with the lag.

Anyway, in your case, I suspect that you'll have to revert to an even older version of your drivers. At least you can try.

I can be specific. I changed from a 5770 to a HD 6950 a few weeks ago. The 11.5 drivers gave me "issues" with fire graphics (altho' not that horrendous). The 12.1 drivers seem to be stable and without any noticeable graphics issues for me. You could try the 12.1 drivers. I've always found graphics card driver issues to be part technology and part voodoo, so think good thoughts when you roll back. Good luck.
