I am no longer able to fast travel. I was completing the first Dark Brotherhood quests requiring me to kill 3 people. After completing those, I am no longer able to fast travel. I've paid all bounties and have none outstanding. I have tried pickpocketing and resetting the bounty system, paid off the bounties, tried again, spent time in jail. I went back to the places I killed the targets and none of the guards are angry with me. I have killed myself several times. There are no guards pursuing me. I play on ps3, so there are no recent patches or updates. Anyone else encountered this or have any ideas for a fix? My last save before any of this happened is over a week old, and obviously i don't want to replay that much of the game.

Had this problem recently. Try this:

- Go to the abandoned shack or any house that's not inside a city and create a new save.

- Restart the PS3, Load the save.

- If it worked, the guard that's "pursuing" you should be inside with you and instantly attack you. Kill him.
