I know this is a pretty stupid question, but can someone tell me who they exactly are and their roles with TES related business?

Gstaff is a member of Bethesda, who's been given the honor/job of watching over the Official Forums and posting information and such on then. I believe his official title is 'Community Manager'.

Of course, I could be completely wrong. This is just my understanding.
