i believe that is what the quest is called (its the one where you visit the museum in dawnstar) and i had never entered dawnstar until i was level 23 and had gotten the note but when i went to go do this quest i looked and selius is not there? and the quest disapoeared from my journal thing... i have the panphlet though but its pissing me off because its my last deadric quest and i need the razor to get my last acheviment before i platnium(oblivion walker) can anyone help? o and i am now level 66 and still cant do this but theres no dead bodies or anything?

I don't think there is much you could do if the quest disappeared from your list. You could try finding the pieces anyways and see if it'll restart but with Silus gone then there probably isn't much you could do.

Scrap that one and restart.

i did take both of those haha its just so [censored] because the razors "needed" for the trophy and its the last one i need to do! IF THE TROPHY SAYS 15 ARTIFACTS THEN [censored] MEAN IT!!!! im a trophy hunter and all i wanted was this trophy without restaring but i guess i can make a new chick... expploit to 81 and make her my vamp lord for dawnguard and i can play both sides and get the trophy

You're SOL then. The artifacts aren't that difficult to get in the first place.

They do mean 15 artifacts. Players aren't supposed to get both artifacts from Hircine in the first place.
