I've finished pretty much every major quest line (Companions, Thieves, Mage, Dark Bros) and the vast majority of Side Quests and I'm ready to move to the next phase of my game. Since the Civil War questline seems to have the greatest impact on Skyrim, I was wondering which line would be more prudent to do first ? What can I expect if I go ahead with the Civil War stuff first ? Does it impact the main quest line much ?

Please try an avoid any major spoilers where possible.

EDIT: I should mention my next main mission is "The Way Of The Voice"

If you do the civil war questline, you get to skip a quest in the main questline. If you do the main questline, then the quest you would have skipped just makes you have to take different holds than you normally would. As for my suggestion, I suggest you continue the main questline because you are already a little ways into it.
