Anything out there to package mods like TESfiles?

I'm sorry if this is wrong but I believe Wrye Bash is capable of doing this?

The CK's "Package for Steam" option does it for you actually. Just dont post it to steam.

Extract your BSA contents to a directory and then viola, its all done
