Join the Forsworn?

Would it be possible to create a DLC where you can join the Forsworn as a new faction and take over the Reach? It's not that I agree with the ideas or methods of the Forsworn or anything. I just think it would be fun. Kill Madanach, take over the Forsworn, takeover the Reach, reinforce your position with gold and side quest. That sort of thing. Thoughts?

I think that would be pretty sweet, but one downside would be that 90% of the dungeons and forts and camps in the Reach are Forsworn so there wouldn't be a point in going there anymore. Can't kill, can't loot. But the Forsworn did have the potential to be a really sweet storyline, but they got shafted with just one cool prison quest and some item retrieval quests. That's also how I felt about the Vigilants of Stendarr. Could be a sweet faction to join with rich story to develop. But no. Vampires killed them, game over.

Not a bad idea! It would be a cool questline for a roguish type of character.

Why would you want to join up with a group of savages bro? :ermm: They kill indiscriminately, even their fellow Bretons.

Markarth is basically one big dwarven ruin, and the city is only on the top. Anyone who's done any missions inside Markarth knows there are miles of tunnels under the city. How freakin cool would it be if the whole place was just the top part of a long lost dwarven machine?

Shortly after joining the Forsworn you would travel to the bottom of Markarth. Imagine a tower hanging from the sealing over a bottomless pit. This is where the Forsworn will move to takeover the Reach. It is also where the Markarth machine's power comes from.

I've always wanted to do something like that. Even if you don't join the Forsworn you still get another sweat Dwarven dungeon. Win win!

Walk East from Riftan (sorry if I mispelled that) and you will see an ancient Nordic ruin on the compos. That ruin is at the top of a mountain. You'll know you're in the right place when you see a dude at the entrance. He tells you that there's a dragon priest inside. The ghost inside have ancient Nordic armor that can be equipped.
