George and I will have to disagree on the Indian tea. Kenyan is vastly superior. Kenyan tea, and blends containing Kenyan tea, has a tendency to produce a lovely bright tan color when mixed with milk, whereas lesser teas will turn out something that looks almost grey.
I think I need to take his advice on the sugar though. Less sugar means less calories, which in turn means I can drink more cups of tea in a day.
