Error when making a new game, crashing when loading one.

"[WETriggerScript <(010099883)>]WARNING:OnLnit() myHoldLocation property has not been set, this will result in errors"

This error comes up every time I try to make a new game. there's an "ok" button below it, I press it, another error like it pops up, I press ok again, Followed by another error.
After I press ok again this time however, My game locks up. I can't press anything So i'm forced to alt+Control+Delete and exit out of Skyrim.
And whenever I load a previous save game, the same error pops up, however, instead of locking up with no buttons, (this shows up during the loading screen) It crashes within moments.
To start off how this happened I started playing Skyrim again a few days ago, and it worked just fine. I decided to download a bunch of mods, Which I know seems to be the problem, but the thing is, is I deleted all of the mods. I Un-installed skyrim and re-installed it three times, I've deleted every bit of data I can think of, even all of my saves. I have not added a single mod. It's completely vanilla.
I'm out of ideas, I need help. I'm willing to try just about anything, I want my Skyrim back
