Soooo I can't :s. Jarl Laila doesn't even have the option "Is there anything else I can do for you, my Jarl?" She only has 4 options about the war and Thieves' Guild. Only reason I wanna become Thane is for Honeyside so I can use the OI glitch :L Any tips on how I can get that option? I've helped 3 people as far as I know (Helped Balimund get his fire salts, Brand-Shei get his book, and gave a coin to one of the beggars) and I've done the skooma quest.
