I am on arniels endeavor part four and I have gone to the place where the mission says he is and I can not find him. I believe he may have spawned under the floor but thats more like a guess. I done everything I can think of to get to him (ie "fus ro da" the floor, hit the floor with magic, wait a month to see if he has a delayed spawn) nothing works I am told it might be because I am on a ps3 but I have seen the system haul ass on other games so if anyone can help it would be appriciated.
