Is there any way to get the vanilla animations back? I've been using a mod that replaces 1-handed weapon animations and I'm bored of it now, and I'd like the original animations back. I've tried reinstalling, verifying the game cache, etc, while the animation hkx files were deleted to no effect.

Well, if nothing else works you can always delete skyrim and let steam re-dl it..
