Hello Everybody !

I've got a little issue , I did the first quest for the Jarl in which I was sent to clear a Forsworn camp.
I did , but when I came back and received my reward there's no further dialogue option to become a thane or to buy the house.

Help !

Did you help the people of Markarth 5 times? The Thane quest is initiated by the Jarl, not his steward Raerek who awards you for killing the Forsworn.
But Raerek is the one who sells the house.
