Hey guys, I think this is a known issue with the PC version, but I'm trying to find the most up to date way of fixing the slow cursor issue. Most of my Google searches are only coming up with solutions that are 6+ months old (that have since been addressed via updates so I'm not sure of their effectiveness). Here's what I've done so far:

Changed the following in the SkyrimPref file
iPresentInterval=0 (this line didn't originally exist)
bMouseAcceleration=0 (it was originally 1)
fMouseHeadingSensitivity=0.1250 (it was originally 0.03 or something)

Turned off the X-Box controller in settings

It's weird because in the system screen (Save, Load, Settings, etc.) the cursor is absolutely fine but in the menu screen (Spells, Items, etc.) it's slow/laggy. Changing the MouseHeading helped a bit.

The first one is V-Sync. If that is turned off, you must cap the frame rate or something in order to not have issues.
