Hey, I have tampered with my .ini file, i can tell you that, but rather than having to revert to the vanilla .ini, I decided to ask if anyone knows the cause of this:

It pretty much happens with all outdoor light sources, like in Whiterun etc.. Sometimes I can see the light quickly flashing in the distance but then it shuts down, as if somethiing forced it to do so.

Anyone have an idea of wahts going on?
