So, I just yesterday defeated Alduin for the first time, finishing the main quest at level 26. What's next in Skyrim?

You need to go deeper.......Also try to explore (if you haven't) try a guild, have lunch with a mad god, and get ruphied by another god.

Ha ha, yeah, that. I dunno how drunk I was to be proposing to... THAT. XD

Also, I'm wondering about making a new character. I feel like I flubbed some of my perk points early on, but at the same time each character can learn each skillset... XD

You've defeated the World-Eater! I suggest taking your victory to the mead halls and sing songs of this spontaneous day! But seriously, there are probably plenty of side quest and misc objectives to do out in Skyrim for you. Walk around a few of the towns and look for some quest. If you haven't already, join a guild that is best for your character's interest, or join them all. Other then that, explore the cold harsh wasteland of Skyrim.
