Skyrim Fire spells glitch : V

So i got a new glitch that happens when i equipt any kind of fire spell.
When i do that i can see black lines surounding my left and right hand just where the fire is ending.

I also tried to disable all my mods but it was still the same

Pleaase Help me , I Cant play like this !!!!

Does this happen with ice/shock spells too?
