I remember there was a mod we used in Oblivion to do this and it was a lot of fun to have my friends' characters walking around in my world, even as companions you could have with you. Of course facegen data, etc. needed to be exported, and we all had to be using the same body replacers if we used those. Is there anything like this for Skyrim, yet?
