I would like to use a mace and a destruction spell, but destruction svcks way too hard - especially one handed after level 50. What I would like to do is this:

one handed
light armor
destruction
conjuration
illusion
enchant (even though I want dragonbone weapons)
I wouldn't mind one or two perks into sneak also.

Not enough perks. Can you guys give me a hand building a good spellsword? I really hate perks.

Don't worry about light armor perks...you can still cap it out if you want too...also don't work about perking sneak, once you get it in the 30,40 range you don't need the perks anyways. If necessary focus on only one aspect of conjuration (summon or necro) and/or one element in destruction

So don't perk armor at all? I don't want to cap it out, but I would like it in the 350 range. Maybe a little higher, I don't know. Do you mean that I would raise the AR by smithing it?

Yes by smithing....you don't need smithing perks, just enchant yourself some smithing gear
