Did 1.7 fix Blood on Ice? : V

I know its unlikely, but did patch 1.7 fix the bug where blood on ice won't start?

As far as I know yes, it triggered on my game no problem.

Really? Yes!!!!! How many times did you go in and out after you downloaded the patch? I know its supposed to be four, but I was just wondering.

It triggered on either my fourth or fifth visit I think.

Was this a new file or a pre-existing file?

A new file; it also triggered eventually on a pre-existing file although one of the characters made essential had been killed in a dragon attack.

How long did it take on the pre-existing file?

I believe it took approximately 12 entrances and exits - it was after the civil war.
