Hey guys, new problem. When I'm playing Skyrim and there is a popup in the background, ie Windows nagging me, etc the game just flat out minimizes, and I have to a very specific procedure to reopen it; (just clicking the icon doesn't work) I have to click the icon, and click around the bottom, then Ctrl+Alt+Del, then quickly click after clicking cancel. It happens every 10 minutes or so, and it gets downright irritating.

Any help?

Yes, disable the background process. That is the only solution, and it holds for other programs too which it is stealing focus from.
