I am wondering is it possible to create a mod that would allow the player over time build the own settlement like Morthal or Dawnstar? I have this idea ever since i came across the Bulid your own House mod. Now i am not asking anyone to do this for me, i am just curious if it would be able to be done.

They did it in Fallout so I think it could be done yeah.
