Apparently I am an ENB installation moron. I am trying to get the Sharpshooter ENB to work successfully for Skyrim. Here is what I have done so far, as seen in guides from youtube:

• manually download the Sharpshooter ENB mod from Nexus
  
• open the file on my desktop and extract (with 7zip) to the Skyrim folder (not data) folder
  
• opened Skyrim Prefs and made the recommened changes based on the ReadMe file for the ENB
  
• loaded game successfully but have not noticed any difference in graphics

Can anyone please tell me where I might be screwing up. From what I have seen and heard, this is one of the most popular and best looking ENB's out there for Skyrim....and I would love to be able to have it running.
