Firstly, Heyhey! im new round these parts! found out about the awesomeness of this game recently and been trolling this forum for previews since!

Like a few people, i love the stealing in this game (especially the pick pocketing) and how it is similiar to thief. But how does it work? I think I read when you steal something it converts it to money? And what do you use that money for other than the obvious (ammo, health)? Cuz I know you have to collect those..for lack of the proper word...tokens too. Are they just for upgrade?

I hope there is plenty to buy in-game. Makes stealing that much more worth while!

Coin is used for upgrades of equipment (be it your weapons, your mask or your whale bone charm slots) and ammo. That's about it. There maybe more that hasn't been revealed to us yet and I feel there is since we have more and more information flowing each week.

Sounds good! I wonder if there is going to be a shop to visit to buy all this or if its done from inventory.

There is a shop. You have a sort of a base where you go to before each mission. You can upgrade, shop and talk to your allies.

Awesome! One of my faviorate things about the newer Deus Ex was the roaming of the cities which allowed for side missions and buying extras for missions. I enioy it in games when you can take a break from the action to go and do some preparing or interacting with the world. So this is very good news.
