Crab statue

Post » Sat Aug 18, 2012 1:21 am

I was wandering the tundra near Gjukars monument and headed SE and came to a pond with mudcrabs in it and a large crab statue. I have quite a few characters and have never seen it before. Has anyone else seen it at all?

Obviously this means that the mudcrabs are planning something tedious..I will need to look into this as their knowledge is expanding and a riot might break out. As for the original question, I have never seen this. I will travel and follow the directions you've given in the post.

Well... as amusing as Couch's answer is..... Uhh.... no....

Here's the real answer:

Spoiler
It's part of Kyne's Sacred Trials which is a rather... bland quest to say the least started in Froki's shack. The shack is located in the mountains close to the Imperial camp and Autumnwatch Tower in the Rift. Here's the UESP on it:

Why... oh why do I suddenly see a group of subterranean crab people coming from the dark caves, defeating the Falmer and waging war on the surface dwellers...

Because my imagination has sunk so deeply into your mind it is now tapping into your very thoughts forcing you to see as I do.

Quit with the Morrowind references! You're going to make me buy it and start playing that now! :P I already have it for original Xbox but I have no interest in playing it on that. I'd have to buy it for PC. And you're making me itch for it! :D

I totally forgot about that city.. as I've forgotten about a lot of things from Morrowind.

Back on topic: Yes, it's a big freakin' mudcrab corpse, shell, body etc.

I am going to get it on PC when I can I recommend it and then mod it to update the graphics and whatever else you wish and your off to the races. Ald' Ruhn and Sadrith Mora are two very memorable cities and then their was Vehks city Vivec.

I go back and forth. A couple weekends ago I just about bought it on Steam.. I probably should just go ahead and do it.
