Having a some slowdowns whenever I enter then leave a specific building/area. For example if I enter the tavern in Whiterun then leave theres no problem, but if I enter then leave Dragonsreach my framerate will be all over the place, constantly flickering below 60fps and whenever I make a sharp turn it slows right down as if I've just reloaded all the data in that area. This typically happens with large interiors locations like large caves and ruins etc. Skyrim never did this before the latest patch either and alt-tabbing in then out of the game brings my performance back up to normal, which leads me to believe it's a CPU priority issue.
Not really using many mods, and no texture mods. I've tried a number of thread tweaks in the ini files but like most tweaks they did nothing to help. Tried forcing high priority using the launcher commands with no luck and updated my graphics driver just in case it was a crossfire issue.
After looking around the place it seems some people have been having similar problems since the game released, but for all my searching I couldn't find a solution other than to alt-tab every time, which is not an option as I'd have to be doing it all the time.
