I don't need help with this, it made me laugh and I thought I would share it with you. A mod had made all my arrows mistitled. Apparently something else has been mistitled. I'll find out when I get there

Yeah I heard that those Lookupfailed's can be a real pain in the neck, best to take the google spell with you just to be safe or Websters sword of knowledge

Oh, man, I hate those! Once, I was fighting a LookupFailed when a 404-NotFound swooped overhead. I tried to run away, but I tripped on a Runtime error and crashed right into a nearby desktop.

Never heard of it.. Do you manually install mods or go through nexus or steam workshop? I have lots of mods and many involve arrows but none ever changed the name..

As far as Lookup Failed, I've had those in the past, but fortunately haven't run into them recently. I did completely re-install Skyrim. After that I carefully added mods bit by bit until I got most of my previous load order back together. Never did find out the cause of it though.
