I mean, it's not my first playthrough by far, but it's really getting to me. First, you have Delphine saying that if she didn't trust you, you'd be dead or something along those lines. Why can't the Dragonborn slice her head off or melt her face, then grow a brain and figure everything out for him/herself? And now in the Mage's College quest, I have Paratus Decimius holding up fire hands, refusing to answer questions yet demanding them from me, and the only friggin option is to comply? Why? I have the crystal, I know how to operate the machine! So what can't I have Serana hold a knife to his chest and let me kick it in and complete the quest without having to hear his boring story that doesn't help the Dragonborn at all in anyway? The Dragonborn is also a complete idiot, freely sharing with a complete stranger of unknown threat that he's/she's looking for the Staff of Magnus? Why does the Dragonborn literally get all his/her answers from other characters, when I already learned the obvious and predictable answers for myself? It makes the slow dialogue tedious. And I know you can kill Paratus eventually(usually do), but you know, and that he gets to boast about how the "College" is begging him for help...
Having said that; epic game and I love it.
Just saying...
