Basically I will be using Bound Bow mid-late game, with the merchant perks i can make enough money and reduce the prices enough that buying my grand soulgems wont be a problem one bit so i use the Mystic Bow's auto soul trap without worry.

Race: High Elf-Merely for higher starting magicka so i can pump more points into stamina/health. as ill be using meatshields. I would like to think ill do this for the points: Enough/1/1 for M/H/S up to about 250-300 stamina. my meatshield will be taking all my aggro for me as ill be permanently sneaking, so the only time ill need health is against dragons.
(edit) may get quiet casting for the reanimate spells. sneaking around killing first target in a dungeon and reanimating it possibly with others around. going to test if needed at all to avoid enemies detecting me in first dungeon (embershard mine).

Primary Skills: Conjuration(duh), Sneak, and Archery. As far as my targeted minions go i want to be enthralling Draugr scourges/deathlords. Deathlords if possibly, scourges if not plus they also summon, going to take all bound weapon perks, as a merchant i can easily afford all my grand gems, will possibly use them for staves. Going to max archery damage as best i can so i can have good support damage. sneak so i dont have to worry about being targeted. will have very low health.

Secondary Skills: Speech, Alchemy. Speech for better prices for my gear(robes and staves and grand soul gems which are expensive). Alchemy for paralysis poisons. hit targets down then minions take them out. alchemy also for early-mid game increased reanimates duration.

Any tips on the build?
*Editing thanks to opinions of you very helpful players*
-Swapped enchanting on secondary skill for alchemy. maybe little to no perks in alchemy as it is only useful for poisons/increased -reanimate duration until i obtain thrall spell.
-Removed enchanting from perk trees, when i level to 81 i will take it.
-removed illusion. will have a high enough magicka pool i shouldnt need the reduced costs.
-removed critical shot.
-invisibility, due to my oversight, cannot be used with bound bow. illusion scrapped altogether.

Critical Shot isn't, well critical. I'd put 1 point in it, and perk up to Ranger, which is much nicer for mobility (If you want to keep the same level.) Quiet Casting isn't worth all that investment if you're just doing Illusion for that. The BB has a massive range, and 2 minute duration, so it's easy enough to cast out of earshot, or wait for everyone to settle down. What support summons were you considering? I generally don't bother with Necromancy on sneaky types, because Zombies lack sublety. I call this variant Necroarcher, BTW, no need to waste all the Conjuration Experience, though. Save these points for last. I like what you did with Alteration, but there's easier ways to get Magic Resistance. Try to get your perks under 49, that's when they get a lot harder to earn. What do you NEED enchanting for? If it's not critical, backburner it as well.

No need for enchanting, you're right, edited. For minions i was hoping to be able to reanimate Draugr Deathlords, huge health pools plus if i get necrohealing i can keep them for longer. maybe ill go scourge as they also summon. being a sneaky summoner is only to avoid my getting detected, avoid getting hit at all costs. i will edit perk trees shortly, may perk up illusion just for reduced cost invisibility.

No need for invisibility...sneak, once you get it into 30's will be more than plenty. Keep enchanting if you're going with no armor so you can enchant gloves, boots, clothing etc.... You'll have very little need for alchemy, I wouldn't perk it. Quiet casting could be useful unless you're strapped for perks. Many dungeons should be clearable without even summoning anything. Sneak+Archery= easy mode

The Invisibility spell is incompatible with Bound Bow, because it takes both hands, and casting it dispells the effect. Just drop Illusion entirely, it's not worth the investment, and doesn't fet very well.
