I want to add my mod list in my description of my youtube videos but not sure how I think there is another way than to manually write them down. thanks

If you use Wrye Bash, right click the column header. There'll be an option called "List Mods". Clicking on that brings up the list in a panel. I believe NMM has a similar option as well. I don't use it, so I can't tell you what it is.

Otherwise, the load order is stored at C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Local\Skyrim in a file called plugins.txt.
