Does anyone run 3 ugrids?

I'm about to get a laptop for college, and I'm going to be pushing my modding knowledge to its limits trying to make it playable. If any of you run 3 ugrids, does it make the game noticeably unstable?

I wouldn't mess with the uGrids, but there are only 2 graphics menu settings that have a big impact on frame rate. if you use FXAA and disable regular anti aliasing, that will provide a huge boost. Also shadow detail quality has an impact. Most other settings don't affect the frame rate very much.

If you still have problems, you can also reduce the display resolution.

Well the laptop in question has Intel's HD 4000 graphics, so I'm going to need all I can get to reach 30fps. The screen is 1366x768, but I might have to run it at 640x480 :yuck: Anti-aliasing and anisotropic filtering are out of the question. I'll be using a low-res texture pack and more performance enhancers than Barry Bonds, but I might make my own texture pack that's one pixel per texture, just to see what happens. Here's the laptop: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16834131303 and I'm also getting an SSD for it. If I reach 30fps on this thing, I'm going to tell my dormmates they can throw their Xbox's back to 2005.
