Is it possible to sneak in heavy armor if you muffle?

yes i use heavy armor and im stealth type with my dunmer

The weight of your boots determines how hard it is to sneak with armor. With the Muffle sneak perk (Noise from armor is reduced by 50%) Plus the muffle enchantment, there is zero penalty from wearing armor when sneaking.

In short. Take the perk that decreases heavy armor weight to 0, and wear boots with muffle.
