Copyrighted saves

Okay my ps3 broke and I got a new one. I copy from the old and put it on the new one. It can't save.
Wtf man i was a lvl 72, looks like I had to get ps plus to get it back. But the ps3 won't turn on now that I now have ps plus. My new character is 57 but still it should be like fallout with the saves. I put over 100 hours in just to not be able to use my data -_-.
WHY?

I see no difference between the save system in Fallout and Skyrim. If your new character is already a level 57, it sounds like this problem with your level 72 character is quite old. It really sounds like the console itself is having problems.

Wait you are fuming over 15 levels lost? In the buggiest game ever released to the public?
You are aware the constant crashes caused by skyjob are the highest likely reason the old system keeled over? Yet you put the game into a new system?

Fallout 3 could perform a timed autosave without effectively pausing the game, Skyrim seemingly can't do this so something in the save system has been changed somewhere.

As for the OP's issue, if your old PS3 dead then that level 72 is lost forever as PS3 hard drives are encrypted specifically by the console. Sorry dude.
