The Beggar's of Skyrim

Post » Wed Aug 22, 2012 2:19 pm

Other day I was in Riften selling junk to the Blacksmith, when I dropped some armor by accident.. All the sudden the old grey haired women beggar came up to me and asked if she could have the armor... I said yes because I feel bad for them... Question: Why didn't I see it on her the next time I was in Riften? How cool would that be if they would wear the stuff we give them... I really want to cloth the poor women in Windhelm, she looks to me to be freezing....

I'm more amazed that you dropping anything in Riften didn't cause the beggar to kill someone. I have tested this multiple times and Riften always goes to war over just the drop of a hat!

Why would a beggar wear it? More than likely they sold it for booze.

I dropped some iron arrows in a cave once when preparing to use steel arrows on a bandit. he walked up and handed me back my iron arrows and said "you dropped these" and then walked back to where he was standing. I felt bad for putting an arrow in his back... weirdest thing that ever happened to me.

Lol. I also find it weird when you are attacking a bandit and they ask for your mercy to spare their lives, then they just stand back up and start attacking you again.

I don't think a beggar would wan't to be wearing armour all day, most likely sell it then pretend their poor even though they charge 3000 Septims per skill lesson.

I wonder why there are so many more peasants in Cyrodil than Skyrim. The peasants in Cyrodil were the eyes and the ears of the Gray Fox, which was very awesome.
