[REQ] Kings Bounty Sieges

Anyone who has played the original "Kings Bounty" on the sega genesis back in the day can easily remember how you would go around looking for criminals and laying siege to their castles in order to bring them to justice. I have always wanted to see that type of game functionality in a TES game, but it has yet to be done. I know the capability exists, I just have yet to develop the knowledge/skill to do it myself. That is why I decided to see if there was any interest here, and maybe one of the super modders here could tackle it, or help me to work on it! :)

Here is the idea in total:
Have a place in which you get bounties (just like the dragon ones from any jarl), these bounties are for specific named NPC's. Once you get a bounty, you need to find the castle where that nefarious little worm is hold up at! When you find the castle you lay siege to it, and your group attacks all the defenders of that castle. Once you defeat all of the guards of the castle, the "Boss" (Bounty) for that contract will appear, and you must defeat them. Upon defeating them you can garrison some of your remaining companions/teammates to that castle and bring in your prisoner (or body/head) for your reward. As you go about laying siege to more and more castles, your influence grows, and the goal is to "unite" the kingdom. The final castle Boss Bounty would be a sick dragon or really huge powerful mofo with a TOUGH army. (yes I put my own spin on kings bounty here, mostly to fit the lore better)

FYI, if anyone is unfamiliar with Kings Bounty, you had to capture enough contracts to reveal where the kings scepter was hidden, and return it to him before the time ran out. The scepter map was populated with pictures of the villians instead, the actual map point being the picture of the last boss (some evil dragon, he was a jerk!).

Does anyone have any interest in working on this, or helping me work on this idea? I truly believe it can add a lot of fun and rewarding new play to Skyrim. I look forward to hearing feedback on this, thanks!
