The quest "Arniel's Endeavor" still seems to be broken. I'm currently at the part where I have to place the "Warpred Soul Gem" in a final "Convector" and cast the spell on it, but when I do nothing happens. I've tried giving up the quest to try and fix it but it still does not work. I've heard that if you acquire the second perk for "Augmented Flames" that the quest can no longer be completed and so far that seems the case. Can someone tell me how to fix it or that the quest truly can't be finished?
