Background: After dealing with the oblivion crisis and becoming the mad god Feanor decided to cross the border of skyrim after hearing rumors of dragons and new magicks.

He got arrested, but managed to escape helgen at his execution. found out he is actually dragonborn when he managed to destroy a dragon near whiterun and absorbed it soul (side affect of exposure from the avatar of akatosh?). Feanor met the grey beards and dealt with Alduin and the dragons invading Skyrim, gaining a friend in the process.

Having left the deadric artifacts in his wizards tower near brume before leaving for Skyrim the deadric princes decided Feanor wasn't fit to use these artifacts and will have to gain the princes favors again.

Feanor decided to go the shrine of azura and get the star. after dealing with azura's star feanor needed to concentrate his powers, so he headed for the college of winter hold and to follow up on the mages guilds secret business (just because the mages guild has dissolved doesn't mean he isn't still archamage), the staff of magnus is in Skyrim.

How does a God manage to get arrested?

He's the deadric prince of madness, he has to play his own game inside his own head to get his own staff back; i think getting arrested is an interesting day for him

How does HE know he is the daedric prince of madness? Insanity is a tricky business. He could be sitting in cell in the Imperial City dreaming the whole thing, only to wake up to find that the guards stole his sweetroll.

like i said it was in Feanor's mind. he's still battling the power thats trying to take him, thats why he's not as powerful as the previous Mad god. like sheogorath said to Feanor before he turned in jyggalag, its more of a title until sheogorath has taken control.

I'm not a fan of role playing a god, my advice would be to drop the whole mad god part

Feanor isn't technically a god, yet. its a power he is trying to battle, he doesn't want to become the mad god.

I don't like mages, so my rating is biased.

I wasn't on board until I read the whole psychological battle thing - and now I think it's pretty cool.

However, the Tolkien nerd in me is grousing about the name.
