What happened to the "support in a huge way"?

Please let me quote an http://www.bethblog.com/2012/01/19/news-on-the-creation-kit-and-game-updates/:

Echoing what we said back in December, we’ll continue to look into issues that are being reported and subsequent updates will follow. You have all supported Skyrim in a huge way, and we’ll be supporting all of you, and continue to make the game better.

What happened? Patch 1.7 mostly contained fixes that were newly introduced with Kinect support or Dawnguard. Patch 1.6 contained one measly quest related fix. The last patch that actually fixed quest issues was 1.5, and that released in March!

What about all the quest bugs that have been documented (and, mind you, fixed!) by the great (but obviously insane!) community? No news from Bethesda on that front, no comments on forums or Twitter. As soon as the initial rage vanished from the media, it seems everything went back to normal - minor fixes, and players who want to enjoy Skyrim on consoles with LESS (note: not NONE!) bugs are left standing in the rain...

Just a shame how such a big game is treated, while others - cdprojekt with the Witcher, for example - patch the hell out of their game and hone it to near-perfection (bug wise!).
