It seem to me the only cities that noticed the war was over were Solitude and Windhelm and thats only when you take one. It seem in the rest of Skyrim besides the Jarls no one really cares. I would have liked for just some comments about it at least. And the ability to kill camp leaders

Well, it's better than the "E-e-excuse me, Nerevarine, but..." Speech EVERYONE gave in Morrowind...
