Im looking for something like it. To be more specific one think i liked about wanderers edition for f3 was that it slowed down how fast time went by which made me feel more immersed it change time to be 12 minutes for one hour to go by in game where vanilla was 2 minutes or so.

Skyrim will remember if you edit TimeScale, unlike Oblivion and the Fallouts, so '~Set TimeScale to 10' will work through a whole game w/o having to reenter it.
